General Motors’ problematic 6.2-liter V8 has been the subject of recalls and governmental investigations, but the automaker reportedly has a solution to make things right. According to the vehicle pricing experts at CarsDirect, GM will offer a discount to current L87 V8 owners that will provide them with employee pricing on most 2026 products from Chevrolet, GMC, Cadillac, and Buick – plus a handful of 2027s like the Enclave large crossover and Corvette sports car.
