Toyota isn’t done throwing the Corolla a birthday party, and Europe has just gotten its invitation. The EU-spec car receives the 60th anniversary treatment across all three bodystyles: hatchback, Touring Sports, and sedan, with new paint and commemorative badging being the highlights of the new special edition.
It’s the same playbook seen elsewhere as Toyota has already launched 60th Anniversary Corollas around the world, including the US, Japan, and Taiwan, each with market-specific colors and features. What ties them together is the badge.

Europe’s exclusive shade is Boreal Blue Metallic, reserved for the hatchback and Touring Sports and paired with a Night Sky Black roof and pillars. The sedan sits out the two-tone treatment, taking a darker Lunar Sky Blue instead. Buyers who would rather not stand out can pick Platinum White Pearl or Ash Grey.
Toyota Europe
Independent of the bodystyle, all 60th Anniversary editions in Europe ride on 17-inch alloy wheels with a ten-spoke design, a machined finish, and dark chrome wheel nuts. Furthermore, they feature matte silver exterior details to a different extent, dark-plated fog light ornaments, and 60th Anniversary decals on the rear doors.

Inside, upgrades are limited to the matte silver scuff plates with the 60th Anniversary logo, and the black textile floor mats with silver piping. Naturally, the special editions are generously equipped with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.5-inch infotainment, as well as the Toyota T-Mate and Safety Sense ADAS suites.
Toyota Europe
There are no changes under the hood, with the European lineup being limited to self-charging hybrid powertrain options. The hatchback and the Touring Sports are available with hybrid 1.8-liter and 2.0-liter units producing 138 hp (103 kW / 140 PS) and 176 hp (131 kW / 178 PS) respectively, while the sedan is only offered with the smaller 1.8.

The European Toyota Corolla 60th Anniversary editions are manufactured in the UK for the hatchback and Touring Sports bodystyles and in Turkey for the sedan. Toyota is accepting orders, with deliveries scheduled to start from the end of October.
The Corolla is the world’s best-selling nameplate, racking up over 57 million sales globally since its debut in 1966. The current 11th-generation model is on the twilight of its career, with a successor expected to arrive in 2027.
