If you’ve been paying attention to dealer inventory and monthly sales numbers, you may have noticed that the usually popular Toyota RAV4 hasn’t been selling too well so far this year. That’s not because it’s a bad SUV – in fact, it’s a tidy improvement from its predecessor – but rather because the automaker’s factories in Canada and Japan haven’t been able to build enough of them to satisfy consumer demand. But not to worry, because the company’s largest factory in the world, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, has officially begun production of the 2026 RAV4.
