The Jeep Wrangler has been a staple in the off-road community for longer than just about anything else. Jeep’s formula is based on one of the first off-roaders to see combat during the Second World War, and can be attributed to the beginning of the term “off-roading” as a whole. With all that history behind it, it’s no surprise the modern Wrangler we know today is still popular. However, we’re a little confused as to why the model is as popular as it is. Sure, it has a lengthy history, but there are other off-roaders, like the Toyota Land Cruiser and Ford Bronco, that can keep up with it. So, how on Earth has the Wrangler managed to sell nearly as many units as both rivals combined?
