The 2026 New York Auto Show was surprisingly robust this year, with nine different reveals. Two of them were special editions that some may shrug off, but the rest were pretty big deals, with significant changes to some high-volume sellers and the surprise global debut of the Hyundai Boulder Concept that clearly stole the show. It was also heartening to see a thriving auto show after the low manufacturer turnouts for the prior two shows earlier this year in Detroit and Chicago.
