Two years ago, Honda announced that its Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) division would expand to offer aftermarket parts for Honda cars like the Civic Type R. Since then, we’ve seen a number of customized vehicles with a variety of parts described as “prototypes.” Yet, in all this time, none of those prototypes have made the leap to production. That all finally changes this year.
