Every automaker tries to make an SUV of each shape and size to cover as much of the market as humanly possible. That extends to even the smallest cars on the road, as the higher driving position gives a feeling of security and the taller profile means they’re easier to get in and out of. The Hyundai Venue is a perfect example of that. While hatchbacks and small sedans used to be the default for the sub-$22k category, it’s now this small SUV’s job.
