The year was 2016. Some of the first Shelby GT350s in Canada were gathered at a racetrack for a days-long testing event, attended by your writer and a few dozen colleagues. This was the first time any of us had heard the GT350 with our own ears, and there was an awful lot of swearing. The Shelby GT350 is a radical car with a radical engine and an even more radical exhaust note that’ll probably get you in trouble. Also, it only comes with three pedals.
