No matter what badge is on the hood of your new vehicle, you’re likely to have to swallow some considerable depreciation from the moment you drive away from the dealership. Some models fare worse than others, though, and the 2026 BMW iX is a prime example of this. The now-discontinued luxury SUV was BMW’s attempt at conquering the range-topping luxury EV SUV market, but now it exists simply as a depreciation money pit.
