Tesla is facing another lawsuit over its self-driving features and what the company promises versus what it has delivered. The latest, filed in South Carolina, accuses the system of causing a death in 2023. According to the plaintiffs, the system didn’t respond to a curve in the road, leading to a crash and a fatality.
