Mercedes-AMG is continuing the slow tease of its high-performance EV ahead of its official debut sometime this month, releasing a reel on social media showcasing the sporty four-door’s credentials. The video also gives us our first listen of the car’s propulsion noise, which goes for a more traditional internal-combustion roar instead of its Porsche Taycan rival’s synthesized electric zap. The AMG also showcases its ability to do the one thing that all proper Mercedes performance cars have to do – rip an absolutely tire-slaying drift across a skidpad.
