Toyota is the biggest automaker in the world today, and has a strong presence in the US market, with a large lineup of models being sold in the States. Toyota’s North American presence goes back a long way, as far back as the late 1950s. The very first cars to be imported to the US wore a nameplate that is still being used by the brand today: the Crown.
