The Honda Insight name has a long and strange history. It first appeared on Honda’s very first hybrid, a tiny, ultra-aerodynamic, two-seat coupe. After that came a five-door hatchback like the contemporary Prius, and later it became a sort of restyled hybrid Honda Civic. Its latest iteration is maybe even stranger, as it’s an EV, and it’s just a rebranding of a model Honda sells with its Chinese partners.
