
The Tesla Cybertruck is a commercial success. This statement would be true if the Texas-based automaker sold 250,000 units of the electric pickup in 2024, with streets flooded with the stainless-steel truck. But that didn’t happen. From one million reservations to inventory overflow, the Cybertruck is actually a sales disaster due to a myriad of issues, mainly because it isn’t nearly as affordable as Elon Musk promised.
