Porsche 911 GT3 90 F. A. Porsche Revealed As Tribute To The 911’s Designer

Ferdinand Alexander Porsche – eldest son of Ferry Porsche, who built the Porsche sports car brand, and grandson of Ferdinand Porsche, founder of Porsche and designer of the Volkswagen Beetle – would have turned 90 this year. He passed away in 2012 at the age of 76, but Porsche hasn’t forgotten his contribution to its legacy. To honor that legacy, the company is celebrating what would have been his 90th birthday with a special edition model.
