Over here in the States, Rovers don’t get much of a second thought. We never had the chance to buy a new Rover, and it’s not exactly a popular brand to import. Over in its home country of England, though, Rover was once an extremely popular brand, and a large source of national pride. Sadly, the British marque suffered from issues related to build quality and reliability, especially throughout the late 20th century.
