Bugatti’s latest hypercar isn’t just an engineering marvel; it’s a statement of complexity and craftsmanship so intricate that it carries the name Tourbillon, borrowed from the world of fine watchmaking. In keeping with that theme, Bugatti’s longtime partner Jacob & Co. has created a new timepiece designed to mirror the car itself.
The two companies have already collaborated on a series of Chiron-inspired watches, and this latest Tourbillon continues in that same spirit.

The highlight of the new Jacob & Co Bugatti Tourbillon is a miniaturized version of the 8.0-liter naturally-aspirated V16 engine that powers the hypercar. All 16 pistons are controlled by a 22.37 mm crankshaft that fires into life the moment you press the button on the side of the case. Instantly, the pistons will start to perform the same poetic dance they do in the Bugatti, just like how the Chiron timepieces replicate that car’s W16.
A More Dazzling Edition
Bugatti and Jacob & Co. first presented their latest collaboration in mid-2024, announcing that only 150 units would be produced, each priced at around $340,000. As it turns out, that was just the beginning of their work together. Perhaps finding the original satin black case a little too understated, Jacob & Co. has now unveiled the new Baguette version.
This flagship model is crafted from 18K white gold and set with 328 baguette-cut diamonds and 18 baguette-cut rubies, totaling 17 carats of diamonds. The rubies, positioned along the base of the case, are arranged to echo the distinctive LED taillights of Bugatti’s 1,775-horsepower hypercar, creating a visual link between timepiece and machine.
Engineering in Miniature
Beyond the jewels, the Tourbillon Baguette carries serious horological credentials. Its mechanics include a 30-second double-pace flying tourbillon and a dual power reserve. The crown design borrows cues from Bugatti’s own controls, while the dials are styled to resemble the car’s gauges.
“From the beginning of our partnership, Bugatti and Jacob & Co. have had the honor of channeling our unique, world-leading skillsets into horological creations that stand the test of time,” Bugatti managing director Wiebke Ståhl said. “Each is a work of art, to be admired from generation to generation. Together, that mantle is what the Bugatti Tourbillon and Bugatti Tourbillon Baguette timepieces now carry – and it is in the same spirit that Bugatti crafted the Tourbillon hypercar.”
Peak Exclusivity
Only 18 examples of the Baguette edition will be produced, and although the price has not been disclosed, its rarity and craftsmanship suggest it will occupy the very top of the collection, likely edging into seven-figure territory.
