The all-electric pickup truck market isn’t as robust or prosperous as many imagined it would be by now. The Ford F-150 Lightning got the axe in favor of a range-extended model – much like the upcoming Ram 1500 REV that will use a gas engine to supply power to its electric motors that turn the wheels. That said, there are still some relevant electric trucks on sale today that we feel are worth a test drive. See the Chevrolet Silverado EV, for example.
