We already know that Chevrolet has been in Germany with its ultimate iteration of the C8 Corvette. The Corvette ZR1 and ZR1X were spotted at the track shortly before the official reveal. Well, Chevrolet may have used the opportunity to take the ZR1 for a fast lap at the legendary Nürburgring Nordschleife. And based on a new teaser, the car might have smashed the previous American car record set by the Ford Mustang GTD. And it might be the fastest production car of all.
