Lincoln has to be one of the most American automakers there is, right? The company started in Detroit in 1917, and Ford acquired the brand in 1922, turning it into the Blue Oval’s luxury division. It also shares a name with America’s greatest president and supplied the official state vehicles for several US presidents. It doesn’t get more red, white, and blue than that, right? Wrong! The Lincoln Nautilus is about as American as the Yangtze River, made mostly from Chinese parts and assembled in Hangzhou.
