The Nautilus is Lincoln’s best-selling vehicle and the company is hoping to keep that momentum going by introducing a mild facelift. Unfortunately, this looks like a botched operation.
Starting up front, the crossover adopts a wider grille with a thick black surround. It looks like a dreadful black eye, but this appears to be limited to vehicles equipped with the Jet Appearance Package.

Further below, there’s a new bumper that offers two different designs. One sports a classy horizontal intake, while the other looks overly busy.
The changes don’t end there as designers gave the Nautilus a new hood and slimmer headlights. Elsewhere, there are updated wheels in sizes ranging from 19- to 22-inches.
Out back, the new bumper eschews the fake exhaust tips found on the current crossover. In their place are black lines that recall the front intake. We can also see new taillights that have pronounced horizontal elements.
Last but not least, there are two new paint colors known as Nocturnal Blue and Frosted Fig. The latter is a Black Label-exclusive that’s described as a “plum-purple” hue.
Interior changes are relatively minor, but the company mentioned a new Afterglow theme for the Premiere and Reserve trims. Likewise, the Black Label variant gains new Eminent Hour and Elysian Light selections. The former features Tranquil Dusk Menorca seats and Eminent Copper Ash open-pore wood, while the latter combines Soft Cloud leather with Pearlescent Ash wood trim.
The rest of the interior largely carries over, but the availability of the Renew Package has been expanded. It combines the Lincoln Rejuvenate experience with 24-way Perfect Position front seats and a massage function.
Other highlights include a 48-inch panoramic display with Google Maps. Buyers will also get a four-year connectivity subscription as well as four years of BlueCruise 1.5.
Power comes from a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine developing 250 hp (186 kW / 253 PS) and 280 lb-ft (379 Nm) of torque. Customers can also opt for a hybrid variant with 285 hp (213 kW / 289 PS).
The 2027 Lincoln Nautilus is currently available to order and it’s expected to arrive in showrooms early next year. When it does, it will come from China.
