The brand gets a bad rap in some circles for expensive repairs and frequent breakdowns, but most Jeep models are well-built, and the Wrangler has packed some of the most dependable engines ever built. That some Wranglers hit the second-hand market in rough shape can’t really be blamed on the brand. It’s just a testament to how much fun you can have in these SUVs.
