It was all the way back in 2010 that the Bugatti Veyron Super Sport set a new production-car top speed world record of 267.85 mph. To remind us, again, Bugatti is producing yet another special edition, but there’s a catch here. Bugatti isn’t building a new version of the 20-year-old Veyron. It’s recycling a used one. A very used one.
