BMW is working on a new generation of the M3, and this time, buyers will have a choice between ICE and electric powertrains. However, whether buyers will still be able to choose between automatic and manual transmissions, like on the current M3, remains to be seen. One thing is for certain, though: a manual won’t be offered on the electric M3, real or simulated.
